Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením tržní hodnoty podniku, konkrétně T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. Cílem práce je teoreticky popsat proces a metody oceňování podniku a v praktické části pak ohodnotit konkrétní podnik.
