Abstract:

Téma diplomové práce zní: „Individuální plánování s osobou s mentálním postižením.“ Cílem práce bylo zjistit, v čem individuální plánování pomáhá klíčovým pracovníkům při práci s osobou s mentálním postižením v denním stacionáři a v chráněném bydlení. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část se dělí do tří částí, v první část vymezuji pojem mentální postižení, etiologii vzniku, klasifikaci a charakteristiku stupňů mentálního postižení. Druhá část je věnována procesu individuálního plánování, roli klíčových pracovníků a způsobu naplňování a revidování stanovených cílů. Ve třetí části je shrnut legislativní rámec sociálních služeb, který je doplněn specifickými aspekty péče o osoby s mentálním postižením s následnými metodami a technikami práce. Výzkumná část práce je zaměřená na zjištění oblastí, které v procesu individuálního plánování přináší zkvalitnění pracovních výstupů klíčovým pracovníkům při práci s osobou s mentálním postižením. Pro výzkum byla zvolena kvantitativní metoda, technika forma dotazníku. Všechny stanovené hypotézy byly ověřeny. V denním stacionáři i v chráněném bydlení pomáhá individuální plánování klíčovým pracovníkům lépe vnímat a rozpoznat potřeby osob s mentálním postižením, následně zjistit míru jejich podpory a stanovit si společně jasný a uchopitelný cíl. Tím, že cíl je pro obě strany jasný a uchopitelný, přináší to oběma stranám motivaci a pro klíčového pracovníka je to záruka kvalitní a důsledné práce.

Abstract:

This thesis topic is: „Person-centered Planning for People with Intellectual Disabilies.“ The aim was to ascertain in what way individual planning helps key workers in working with people with mental disabilities in protected housing. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and into a research. The theoretical part is divided into three parts, the first part defines the concept of mental retardation, etiology, occurrence, classification and characteristics of degrees of mental disability. The second part is devoted to the individual planning process, the role of key personnel and the manner of implementing and revising the objectives. The third section summarizes the legislative framework for social services, which is complemented by specific aspects of care for people with mental disabilities, with subsequent work methods and techniques. The research is focused on finding areas that in the process of individual planning bring improvement of working output to key staff while working with people with mental disabilities. The Research used a quantitative method, a form of questionnaire technique. All the hypotheses were verified. An individual planning helps key workers in protected housing to better perceive and recognize the needs of people with intellectual disabilities, to determine the extent of their support and together provide a clear aim. Therefore the goal is clear to both sides, it brings them a motivation and to key worker it is a guarantee of quality and consistent work.
