Implementation of the New Standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 in MBNS - International, spol. s r.o. Company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na efektivním zavedení nových požadavků standardu ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 do společnosti MBNS International, spol. s r.o. Aby implementace byla efektivní, je důležité znát problematiku norem řad ISO 9000. V rámci řešení byla použita diferenční analýza, analýza zainteresovaných stran a nákladová analýza. Diferenční analýza byla popsána zejména mezi standardem ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 a standardem ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016. Analýza zainteresovaných stran byla vytvořena na základě nových požadavků a popisuje veškeré zainteresované strany pro společnost, jak z veřejných, tak z neveřejných sektorů. V práci bylo navrženo několik řešení, která umožňují provést úspěšný přechod na novou revizi standardu. Kromě devíti hlavních návrhů bylo použito sedm sekundárních, které popisují další postupné zefektivňování systému řízení kvality ve společnosti. Přínosem této práce je především diferenční analýza detailně poukazující na nové požadavky standardu, které jsou těžko čitelné ze samotné normy, protože normy ISO 9000 jsou psány obecně pro všechny typy organizací.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on effective implementation of new ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 requirements into company MBNS International, spol. s r.o. In order for the implementation to be effective, it is vital to have profound knowledge of ISO 9000 norm series. Differential analysis, analysis of parties involved and cost analysis were used to solve the problem. Differential analysis was described mainly between standards ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 and ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016. Analysis of parties involved was created on basis of new requirements and describes all parties involved for the company, both from public and private sectors. The thesis presents various solutions for the successful transition to new and revised version of the standard. Nine primary propositions and seven secondary propositions were suggested, which describe further efficiency improvements in system of quality management of the company. The value of this thesis is mostly in the differential analysis, which describes in detail new requirements of the standard which are not easily read from the norm itself as it is written generally and for all types of companies.
