Cílem diplomové práce bude porovnat riziko vzniku syndromu vyhoření u pracovníků vybraných medicínských oborů, kdy každý obor je vystaven specifické psychické zátěži dle své specializace. This thesis focuses on comparing the risk of burnout syndrome in two different hospital departments. The aim of the theoretical section is to deliver overview of suitable methods aiding prevention and lowering the risk of burnout syndrome in medical professionals.
