A Brno café and its guests over decades and generations: The Bellevue 1960-1989
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na společenský život ve známé brněnské kavárně v 60.-80. letech 20. století. Soustředí se zejména na literární osobnosti (Mikulášek, Skácel, Řezníček, Fuksa, Slanina, Trefulka, Goldflam). Zmapuje také historii a osud této kavárny.
Abstract:
The thesis will examine the social life in a well-known 20th century Brno café, with a particular focus on the time from the 1960s through to the late 1980s. Prominent literary personalities will embody a central topic of the analysis (Mikulášek, Skácel, Řezníček, Fuksa, Slanina, Trefulka, Goldflam). The history and bitter end of the coffee house will be discussed.
