History, present and perspectives health and social work

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na historii, současnost a perspektivy zdravotně-sociální práce. Teoretická část se zabývá historií sociální práce, vymezením pojmu sociální práce a týmovou prací ve zdravotnictví. Následuje popis vzdělávání, pracovní náplně a osobnostních předpokladů zdravotně-sociálního pracovníka. Poslední kapitoly této části se zabývají perspektivami zdravotně-sociální práce, jako je věcný záměr zákona o dlouhodobé péči, věcný záměr zákona o rehabilitaci osob se zdravotním postižením a global agenda. Ve výzkumné části jsou zpracovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které proběhlo v období listopad 2012 až leden 2013 ve zdravotnických zařízeních. Tato část je věnována zhodnocení vzdělání, profesní poptávce po zdravotně-sociálních pracovnících a jejich využitelnosti a efektivnosti. Následuje zhodnocení využití teorií a metod v praxi, potřebnosti a specifika zdravotně-sociální práce.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis discusses the health & social care with respect to its history, current state and prospects. The first section of the theoretical part, after commenting on the health & social care in historical perspective, provides the definition of health & social care and describes the team work in health care sector. The following section refers to personality requirements of health & social care workers, the system of education and job content. Finally, health & social care is analysed in relation to the legislation, i.e. draft code of long-term care, draft code of rehabilitation for disabled persons, and Global Agenda. The practical part presents the questionnaire survey conducted in the period November 2012 ? January 2013 in various caring establishments whose results interpret the assessment of health & social care education system, worker?s career fulfilment and effectiveness of their work. The closing section reflects the specific features of health & social care, including the necessity of existence of this service, and concludes with the evaluation of applying the theories of health & social care in practice.
