The self-assessment of children in a kindergarten

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá sebehodnocením dětí předškolního věku v současné mateřské škole. Teoretická část je věnována sebepojetí předškolního dítěte, vlivu hodnocení rodičů a učitelů na utváření vlastního sebehodnocení předškolního dítěte a roli komunikace a motivace v hodnotícím procesu. Praktická část zpracovává výsledky mnohonásobné případové studie. Výzkumná zpráva přináší informace o způsobu, průběhu a vedení dětí k sebehodnocení v mateřské škole, o postojích a nazírání učitelek MŠ na sebehodnocení dětí v mateřské škole, a konečně o vlivu hodnocení učitele MŠ a způsobech komunikace na sebehodnocení dítěte.

Abstract:

The main theme of the bachalor thesis is the self-assessment or preschoolers in a contemporary kindergarten. The theoretical part describes self-approach of a preschooler, the influence of parents‘ and teachers’ assessment on forming the self-assessment of a preschooler and the role of communication and motivation in the process of assessment. The practical part works with the results of a multiple case study. The research report gives information about the method and process of leading the children in the kindergarten to self-assessment; about teachers‘ attitude and perception of preschoolers‘ assessment and finally how the teacher’s assessment and his ways of communication influence the child’s self-assessment.
