Cíl této práce, jak vyplývá již z názvu, je porovnat a zhodnotit stav trestního práva před a po novelách, které mění jeho zákonná ustanovení. Na změnu trestních zákonů má vliv nejen vnitrostátní dění, ale i situace v Evrospké Unii nahrává změnám v našem právním systému.
