Financial and strategic analysis of the company Pilulka Lékárny, a. s.

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je pomocí finanční analýzy zhodnotit finanční zdraví a stabilitu společnosti Pilulka Lékárny, a. s. mezi lety 2015 až 2019. Dále nalézt a porovnat společnost s konkurenty pomocí vybraných ukazatelů. S využitím strategické analýzy vyhodnotit makro a mikro prostředí. Využitými nástroji budou PESTEL analýza a Porterův model pěti sil. Strategická analýza je završena SWOT analýzou shrnující silné a slabé stránky společnosti. Přínosem práce bude určení příležitostí a hrozeb.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate financial health and stability of Pilulka Lékárny, a. s. company within years of 2015 and 2019 using financial analysis. Furthermore, the aim is also to find and compare the company to its competitors while utilizing selected metrics. Employing strategic analysis to assess macro and micro environment. Using metrics such as PESTEL analysis and Porter’s five forces model. Strategic analysis is concluded with SWOT analysis summarizing company’s strengths and weaknesses, while the value added of this is identification of opportunities and threads.
