Abstract:
Absolventská práce se zabývá problematikou kompetenčního modelu, jeho úlohou v organizaci a přínosem pro zaměstnavatele i zaměstnance. Dále je v práci na příkladu z praxe uveden možný postup při sestavení kompetenčního modelu v organizaci.Abstract:
Graduate thesis deals with the competency model, its role in the organization and benefits for employers and employees. Furthermore, there is the example of practical use possible procedure for the preparation of a competency model in the organization.
