Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám likvidací zahraničních pojistných událostí, jejich rozdělením dle místa dopravní nehody a dále dle toho, zda je český účastník viníkem či poškozeným. Je zde popsána právní úprava a nejdůležitější zákony, kterými se pojištění odpovědnosti řídí. In my bachelor thesis I look into different issues of handling foreign claims such as the difference between a place where the accident occurred then whether the Czech participant is culprit or damaged party. The thesis describes the most important legal regulations which governing MTPL insurance.
