Bakalářská práce se zamýšlí nad problematikou dlouhodobě rozestavěných staveb cenotvorným vlivem, specifikací, analýzou a posouzení možných rizik a jejich dopad na tržní hodnotu nemovitosti. Při zkoumání potenciálních rizik hledá a třídí cenové vlivy dlouhodobé rozestavěnosti staveb dle typu a vlivu. This bachelor thesis examines the issue of buildings in the process of long-term construction, the price-setting influence, specification, analysis and assessment of potential risks and their affect on the market value of the real estate.
