Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá mravnostní trestnou činností páchanou na dětech, která je bezesporu celosvětovým negativním a často tabuizovaným fenoménem. Tato trestná činnost zasahuje do osobnosti dotčeného jedince a zanechává na něm mnohdy doživotní následky. Práce je koncipována tak, aby podala stručný, avšak ucelený přehled o tomto tématu. Z pohledu trestního práva jsou zde zmíněny trestné činy související s mravnostní trestnou činností, vnitrostátní a mezinárodní právní ochrana dětí. Práce se dále zabývá výslechem dětské oběti a výslechem pachatele mravnostní trestné činnosti z pohledu kriminalistického, dále se zabývá pachatelem i obětí a v neposlední řadě prevencí mravnostní trestné činnosti a to z pohledu kriminologického.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with moral crime committed on children, which is undoubtedly a worldwide negative phenomenon. This criminal activity affects the personality of the individual concerned and often leaves him with lifelong consequences. This diploma thesis is designed to provide a brief but comprehensive overview of this topic. From the point of view of criminal law, crimes related to moral crime, national and international legal protection of children are mentioned here. The work also deals with the interrogation of a child victim and the interrogation of the perpetrator of moral crime from a criminal point of view, it also deals with the perpetrator and the victim and, last but not least, the prevention of moral crime from a criminological perspective.
