Cílem bakalářské práce je upozornit na specifika sociální práce s lidmi s duální diagnózou v rámci následné péče, kdy při sociální práci je využívána metoda individuálního plánování v návaznosti na stanovené individuální cíle klienta z hlediska uspokojování potřeb z oblasti abstinence, zadluženosti, zaměstnanosti, bydlení, nefunkčních rodinných vztahů. The objective of the Thesis is to point out the specifics of social work within aftercare of people with dual diagnosis, where the method of individual planning in social work is used, following the set individual goals of the client when it comes to satisfying the needs in the area of abstinence, indebtedness, unemployment, housing, dysfunctional family relationships.
