Abstract:

Práce s názvem Sexuální zneužití v dětství jako trauma dospělého a podtitulem Teorie traumatu a její přínos pro systém odborné pomoci se zaměřuje zejména na sexuální zneužití dítěte v rodině, tedy incest. Cílem práce je nalézt vhodnou formu pomoci pro dospělé oběti. Práce je teoretická a má za úkol vysvětlit problematiku tak, aby byl splněn její cíl. Úvodem je vysvětleno, co je to sexuální zneužití a dále specifika incestu. Jádrem práce je kapitola, která pojednává o strategiích zvládání traumatu převážně z biologického hlediska včetně strategie disociace. Na konkrétní následky zneužití, které se mohou projevit v dospělosti, je zaměřena další kapitola. Závěrečná část pojednává o možnostech odborné pomoci a to vzhledem k předchozím zjištěním, zejména s ohledem na teorii traumatu. Závěr obsahuje zjištění, že nejvhodnější odborná pomoc je ve formě terapie a to hlavně psychoterapie specializující se na trauma, popřípadě terapie zaměřená na tělo. Kromě individuální terapie je vhodná skupinová terapie nebo svépomocné skupiny.

Abstract:

This work and its title Sexual abuse in the childhood as a trauma for an adult and its subtitle The theory of a trauma and its contribution for the system of professional help is mainly aimed at sexual abuse of a child in a family, that means an incest. The main target of the work is to find a suitable form of help for adult victims. This work is theoretical and it has the task to explain the problematics to fulfil its aim. The introduction involves the explanation of sexual abuse and of an incest. The chapter that discusses the strategies of managing a trauma mainly from the biological view including the strategy of dissociation is the core of the work. The next chapter is intended on the concrete results of abuse which can appear during the adulthood. The final part discusses the possibilities of profesional help considering previous discoveries mainly with the consideration of the theory of a trauma. The conclusion includes a finding out that the most suitable professional help is help as a form of a therapy especially a psychoterapy aimed at a trauma, possibly the therapy aimed at at a body. Exept of the individual therapy the group therapy or cooperation groupes are suitable.
