Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se snaží zmapovat profesní život dozorce ve Vězeňské službě České republiky, nároky a osobnostní předpoklady, kritéria pro přijetí ale i přípravu na toto povolání a celoživotní vzdělávání. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny důležité pojmy a determinanty této profese. Jsou zde zmíněny i příčiny selhání, vliv emoční inteligence, důležitost psychohygieny a problematika adaptace. Popsány jsou dopady práce ve vězeňské službě na osobnost člověka a její vliv na rodinný nebo osobní život. V metodologické části jsou interpretována získaná data vzhledem ke stanovenému poznávacímu cíli výzkumu a v závěru také naznačena doporučení jejího využití.

Abstract:

Bc. (Bachelor) Pavel Podeszwa Internal guards of the Prison service of the Czech republic Master?s work: University in Zlín, CZ (Thomas Bata university, Institution of Intersectional studies, Brno, Brno 2009). This diploma work is presenting the professional life of the internal guards (supervisor service) in the Prison Service of the Czech republic, the demands and personal expectations, criteria of the admission and the preparation for this job (career) and the life-long education. In the theoretical part are outlined the important expressions and determinants of this profession. Here are mentioned intelligence, the importance of the psycho hygienic processes and the adaptation issues. There are also described the impacts of the work in this field (prison service) on the personality itself, the family or personal life influence. In the methodology part are interpreted the received data, related to the rated and recognised target of the research and in the end is as well mentioned the recommendation how to use it.
