Bakalářská práce zahrnuje úvod, teoretickou a praktickou část, výsledky a závěr. Téma práce je osobnost a seberozvoj manažerů. V teoretické části na začátku byly uvedeny osobnostní charakteristiky manažerů, jejich kompetence, odborné znalosti a praktické dovednosti. Bylo rozebráno téma sociální zralosti.
