Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá populárním Taylorovým pravidlem jakožto nástrojem predikce krátkodobých nominálních úrokových měr. Důraz je kladen především na příliš nízké úrokové sazby mezi lety 2003 – 2005, které dle autora Taylorova pravidla vedly ke vzniku nemovitostní bubliny ve Spojených státech. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the popular Taylor rule as a tool for short-term nominal interest rate predictions. The focus is put on too low interest rates between 2003 and 2005 that led to the rise of housing bubble in the United States according to the author of Taylor rule.
