Cílem této diplomové práce je přinést řešení problému řízení znalostí v prostředí střední výrobní firmy. Identifikuje, jaké jsou požadavky teorie projektového řízení a řízení znalostí, jak si dané disciplíny představuje společnost sama a jaký je opravdový stav, jak zaměstnanci realizují či nerealizují tyto představy. The aim of this diploma thesis is to bring a solution to the problem of managing project and knowledge among them in the environment of a medium manufacturing enterprise. This thesis identifies the requirements of project and knowledge management, what company requires by workers and how workers really manage those tasks.
