Purchaser in the Process of Community Planning

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem zadavatele komunitního plánování v Děčíně, cílem práce je analyzovat osobu zadavatele v tomto procesu a jeho vliv na místní sociální oblast. Dalším cílem práce je identifikovat přínosy komunitního plánování vnímané zadavatelem a hlavní rozdíly mezi nimi v závislosti na zastávané pozici. V závislosti na tyto cíle práce vymezuje související teoretické koncepty jako komunitní práce, komunitní plánování, triáda nebo zadavatel a přibližuje prostředí Děčína v návaznosti na téma práce. Za účelem naplnění cílů byl realizován smíšený výzkum založený na dotazníkovém šetření a kvalitativních polostrukturovaných rozhovorech. Zjištění výzkumu ukazují, že osoba zadavatele není vnímána jako homogenní kategorie, naopak jeho představitele v procesu lze rozdělit do několika ustálených kategorií. Co se týče zjištění ohledně přínosů komunitního plánování ve vnímání zadavatele, tyto jsou v práci kategorizovány dle aktérů procesu a dalších subjektů, kterých se proces týká. Zjištěné rozdíly ve vnímání přínosů komunitního plánování zadavatelem se potom týkají především důrazu na určité přínosy procesu oproti jiným. V závěru práce jsou diskutována doporučení pro další výzkum.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the purchaser in the process of community planning in Děčín, the aim of this paper is to analyze the figure of a purchaser in this process and also his impact on the local social sphere. Another aim of this paper is to identify benefits of the community planning perceived by the purchaser and to clarify main differences among them depending on the position held. Depending on these goals, the thesis defines related theoretical concepts such as community work, community planning, triad or the purchaser and characterizes Děčín in relation to the topic. In order to meet the paper goals, mixed research study based on a questionnaire survey and qualitative semi-structured interviews was conducted. The findings show that the purchaser is not perceived as a homogeneous category, on the contrary, his representatives in the process can be divided into several stable categories. Regarding the findings on the benefits of community planning perceived by the purchaser, these are categorized according to the participants of the process and other subjects influenced by it. Identified differences of the community planning benefits in the perception of the purchaser then relate primarily to the emphasis on certain benefits over others. At the end of the paper, recommendations for further research are discussed.
