Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem controllingový reporting a jeho význam pro podporu manažerského rozhodování v praxi je zaměřena na fungování controllingových a reportingových činností ve vybraném podniku v České republice. Diplomová práce je koncipována do dvou částí. První část se zabývá odbornými pojmy a problematikou controllingu a reportingu. Dále popisuje návaznost těchto procesů a poukazuje na obsahovou náplň reportingu a jeho procesní aspekty. Značná část práce se pak věnuje informačním systémům spojeným s reportingem. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na fungování controllingového reportingu ve vybrané společnosti, kdy je na úvod zanalyzován současný stav controllingu a reportingu ve společnosti. Dále je v práci provedeno dotazníkové šetření, které je podkladem pro navrhovaná doporučení v závěrečné části práce. Hlavním cílem této práce je zmapování jednotlivých prvků standardního interního reportingu včetně zhodnocení jejich vypovídací schopnosti a celkového přínosu. Dílčím cílem je zjistit, zda pravidelně sestavované reporty jsou podporou pro manažerské rozhodování.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis entitled controlling reporting and its importance in support of business decision making in practice is focused on the operation of controlling and reporting activities in a selected company in the Czech Republic. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part deals with professional concepts and issues of controlling and reporting. It further describes the continuity of these processes and points to the content of the reporting and its procedural aspects. Considerable part of the work is devoted to information systems related to reporting. The second part of the thesis focuses on the operation of controlling reporting in a selected company, where at the beginning is analyzed the current state of controlling and reporting in the company. Furthermore, a questionnaire survey is carried out, which is the basis for the proposed recommendations in the final part of the thesis. The main aim of this work is to map out the elements of standard internal reporting, including the evaluation of their information skills and overall benefits. The partial goal is to find out whether regular reports are a support for business decision making.
