Cílem diplomové práce - "Zaměstnávání znevýhodněných osob ve vybraném podniku" je provést zhodnocení této problematiky ve zvoleném podniku a zdůraznit přínosy tohoto zaměstnávání a jeho možná rizika. V teoretické části práce jsou popsána východiska zaměstnávání znevýhodněných osob a jeho legislativní úprava na území České republiky. The aim of the final thesis - "Employing of Disadvantaged People in Selected Company" is an assessment of this issue within the chosen company and highlighting the benefits of employment and its possible risks.
