Tato diplomová práce se zabývá studiem alternativních sekundárních struktur DNA se zaměřením na i-motivy. Tyto struktury mohou být tvořeny sekvencemi bohatými na cytosiny. Takové sekvence se nachází po celém genomu, například v oblastech telomer nebo v promotorech genů. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the study of alternative secondary DNA structures with a focus on i-motives. These structures may be formed by cytosine-rich sequences. These sequences are found throughout the genome, they may be in the telomere region or in gene promoters.
