Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hranicí mezi technickým zhodnocením a opravami dlouhodobého majetku. Práce si bere za cíl popsat a zhodnotit vybraná rozhodnutí Nejvyššího správního soudu právě v oblasti technického zhodnocení a oprav a na základě těchto rozhodnutí určit pravidla a parametry, kterými by se měl daňový subjekt řídit při posuzování technického zhodnocení a oprav na dlouhodobém majetku. …more
