Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření. Konkrétně četností jeho výskytu u všeobecných a praktických sester pracujících na neurologickém oddělení lůžkového typu a možnostmi jeho prevence. This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of burnout syndrome and how it occurs and is prevented in neurology nursing. Selected forms of prevention are described in the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis.
