Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to compare pension systems of the Czech Republic and the Kingdom of Sweden until the year 2018. Both countries have a similar population structure and face demographic changes. In the Kingdom of Sweden, the pension reform was successfully implemented in the 1990s.
