Teaching methods developing critical thinking of secondary school students in the teaching of selected subjects

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou metod výuky rozvíjejících kritické myšlení studentů středních odborných škol s pedagogickým zaměřením, ve výuce předmětů Pedagogika a Občanská výchova. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní odbornou terminologii v oblasti výukových metod a v oblasti výukových metod rozvíjejících kritické myšlení studentů. Zabýváme se problematikou klíčových kompetencí, funkcí výukových metod a forem výuky ve vztahu ke komunikaci a kritickému myšlení. Empirickou část práce tvoří dotazníkový kvantitativní výzkum. Výzkum se zaměřuje na zjištění využití vybraných výukových metod rozvíjejících kritické myšlení studentů v předmětech Pedagogika a Občanská výchova. Cílem práce je pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjistit, zda učitelé seznamují studenty středních odborných škol s pedagogickým zaměřením s inovativními metodami kritického myšlení. Chceme zjistit frekvenci využití výukových metod kritického myšlení a srovnat jejich využití v jednotlivých vybraných předmětech a v jednotlivých vybraných pedagogicky zaměřených školách. Zajímá nás, jaké druhy výukových metod jsou ve vybraných předmětech na středních odborných školách s pedagogickým zaměřením užívány a jaký vztah k zahrnování těchto výukových metod kritického myšlení studenti zaujímají.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of teaching methods developing critical thinking of students of secondary vocational schools with a pedagogical focus, in the teaching of subjects Pedagogy and Civics. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic professional terminology in the field of teaching methods and in the field of teaching methods developing critical thinking of students. We deal with the issue of key competencies, functions of teaching methods and forms of teaching in relation to communication and critical thinking. The empirical part of the work consists of questionnaire quantitative research. The research focuses on finding out the use of selected teaching methods developing critical thinking of students in the subjects Pedagogy and Civics.The aim of the work is to use a questionnaire survey, to find out whether teachers make familiar students of secondary vocational schools with a pedagogical focus with innovative methods of critical thinking. We would like to determine the frequency of use of teaching methods of critical thinking. Also, to compare their use in individual selected subjects and in individual selected pedagogically oriented schools. We are interested in what types of teaching methods are used in selected subjects at secondary vocational schools with a pedagogical focus and what relation students have to the inclusion of these teaching methods of critical thinking.
