The diploma thesis deals with the development of company law and the regulatory competition. The work focuses on the regulation of limited liability companies in European countries. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá vývojom práva obchodných spoločností a súťažou právnych poriadkov. Konkrétnym predmetom záujmu sú predpisy upravujúce spoločnosť s ručením obmedzeným v európskych krajinách. Práca rozoberá reformy, ktoré spoločnosti s ručením obmedzeným v nedávnom období podstúpili vo Veľkej Británii a v Nemecku.
