Diplomová práce nazvaná Privatizace bytového fondu v evropském kontextu se zabývá změnou vlastnictví k bytovému fondu na území České republiky. Nejde o privatizacei ve smyslu odstátnění, ale o převody bytového fondu z rukou nestátních subjektů zejména obcí. Abstract:
The Diploma thesis called Privatization of Housin Stock in European Context deals with the transfer of the ownership to the housing stock in the Czech Republic. Its not the privatization stricto sensu we talk about in this work. The scope of this work is to describe and compare the posibilities of the transfer of ownership to the housing stock. The issue is examined also in the european context.
