The performance analysis of applicants for job at the Police of the Czech Republic in the Ústí nad Labem region between the years 2014 - 2019

Abstract:

V diplomové práci se zabýváme analýzou výkonnosti uchazečů o službu u Policie České republiky (PČR) v letech 2014 - 2019 v Ústeckém kraji. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části charakterizujeme základní systematiku personální politiky PČR, strukturu policie a jejích jednotlivých částí. Popisujeme také přijímací řízení k Policii České republiky se zaměřením na testy fyzické kondice. Dále se v této části zabýváme problematikou pohybových schopností, jejich rozvojem a výkonem. Výzkumná část práce se věnuje ve své výsledkové části analýze získaných dat reprezentujících úroveň motorických schopností uchazečů k PČR v Ústeckém kraji. Výsledky uchazečů z Ústeckého kraje porovnáme s výsledky uchazečů z Libereckého kraje. Cílem práce je analyzovat výsledky uchazečů k Policii ČR v letech 2014 - 2019 na základě výsledků fyzických testů přijímacího řízení.

Abstract:

In our dissertation we deal with at the analysis of performances for candidates to apply for a job for the Police service in Czech Republic from 2014-2019 in the Ústecký region. The work is divided into two sections, the theory section and the practical section. In the theory section we are focused on the characteristics of the basic systems of personal politics in the Police services in Czech Republic, structures in the police services and its individual sections. We are also describing and at the procedures of admissions to apply for a job at the Czech Police services with a focus on the physical fitness tests. Further more in this area we are looking at the issues of motor skills, their diagnosis and performance. The research part of the work is focused on the results of the analysis obtained from data representing levels of motor skills from all applicants for the Czech Police in Ústecký region. We compare the results of the Ústecký region with the results of the Liberec region. The aim of this research is to analyse the results of applicants for the Czech Police from 2014-2019 on the basis from the results of the the admissions physical tests.
