Vietnamese in bound tourism to the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit a podrobně analýzovat současný stav příjezdového cestovního ruchu Vietnamců do České republiky a na základě této analýzy doporučit jak jí zlepšit. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. Obsah teoretické části je vymezení základních pojmů z oblasti cestovního ruchu, které jsou čerpány z odborné literatury. Tyto pojmy jsou například cestovní ruch, účastníci cestovního ruchu, volný čas apod. Menší část je věnována bilaterálním vztahem mezi Vietnamskou socialistickou republikou a Českou republikou, vízovými povinnosti a rozdíly mezi cestovní kanceláře a cestovní agentury. V analytické části je představena Vietnamská socialistická republika a něco málo o rozvoji cestovního ruchu ve Vietnamu. V této části je kladen velký důraz na trend výjezdového cestovního ruchu vietnamských turistů. Následně autorka představila Českou republiku a co může Česká republika vietnamským turistům nabídnout. Dále je část věnována popisu cestovní kanceláře, které poskytují služby vietnamských turistů z Vietnamů. V návrhové části autorka popisuje současný stav příjezdového cestovního ruchu Vietnamců do České republiky. Její součástí je taky zhodnocení online dotazníkového šetření, které byla zaměřena na vietnamské turisti a zhodnocení osobní rozhovor s majitelkou cestovního kanceláří Vinafour.

Abstract:

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate and analyze in detail the current state of the Vietnamese inbound tourism to the Czech Republic and to make recommendations on how it can be improved based on the analysis. The paper is divided into three parts. The theoretical part contains the definitions of the basic concepts of tourism, which are drawn from the literature. These terms are for example tourism, tourists, leisure, etc. A smaller part of this paper is devoted to the bilateral relationship between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Czech Republic, visas and the differences between travel offices and travel agencies. The analytical part introduces the Vietnamese Socialist Republic and the development of tourism in Vietnam. In this part, emphasis is placed on the trend of outbound tourism for Vietnamese tourists. Subsequently, the author introduces the Czech Republic and what the Czech Republic can offer Vietnamese tourists. There is also a section devoted to the description of a travel agency that provides services to Vietnamese tourists from Vietnam. In the design section, the author describes the current state of the Vietnamese inbound tourism to the Czech Republic. It also includes the analysis of an online survey that focuses on Vietnamese tourists and a personal interview with the owner of the travel agency Vinafour.
