Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou spodních hranic pokut. Nejprve se zaměřuje na základy správního práva trestního a jednotlivé druhy správních deliktů a sankcí. Dále je věnována pozornost přímo spodním hranicím pokut a úskalím, která přináší jejich zavedení, zejména potencionální likvidační charakter a snaha zákonodárce zabránit korupci. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the issues of lower limits of fines. First, it focuses on the basics of administrative criminal law and various types of administrative delicts and sanctions.
