Abstract:

Ve své práci se zabývám aktivizačními programy pro seniory a cílem mé práce je zjistit jejich efektivitu. Nejprve se zabývám definováním pojmů: stárnutí, stáří, domov pro seniory, aktivizace a aktivizační programy. Dále pak vysvětluji, jak seniory motivovat, v čem spočívá efektivita aktivizačních programů a poté definuji programy vytvářené na základě terapeutických směrů, jakými je muzikoterapie, canisterapie, ergoterapie a reminiscenční terapie. V praktické části práce představuji domovy pro seniory, ve kterých jsem s klienty prováděla dotazníkové šetření a rozhovory s aktivizačními pracovníky, tedy Domov pro seniory ve Světlé nad Sázavou a v Havlíčkově Brodě. Dále se v této části práce zabývám vyhodnocováním dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů. Na základě dotazníkového šetření jsem zjistila, že nejvíce klientů obou domovů se zúčastňuje programů, které vznikají v rámci canisterapie, muzikoterapie a trénování paměti. Programů se zúčastňují alespoň jednou do týdne a k účasti je motivují především příjemné prožitky, které jim setkání v rámci programů umožňují. Tyto programy tedy lze zároveň považovat za nejefektivnější. Na základě rozhovorů s aktivizačními pracovníky jsem zjistila, že skupiny seniorů při setkáních mívají v průměru patnáct členů. Vytváření a vedení výše uvedených programů je zcela v rukou pověřených pracovníků, klienti sami se na vytváření programů aktivně nepodílejí.

Abstract:

The matter of my work is the activation programs for seniors and the target of my work is to discover their efficacy. First of all I am concerned with the definition of terms as ageing, age, home for the elderly, activation and activation programs. Thereafter I explain how to motivate the seniors, what the efficacy of activation programs lays in and then I define the programs created on the basis of therapeutic trends as music-therapy, canis-therapy, occupational therapy and reminiscence-therapy. In the practical part of my work I present the homes for the elderly where I realized the questionnaire survey with the clients and the interviews with the activation workers, i.e. Home for the elderly in Světlá nad Sázavou and Havlíčkův Brod. Thereafter I pursue the evaluation of the questionnaire survey and interviews in this part of my work. On the basis of the questionnaire survey I found out that the most of the clients of both homes participate in programs arisen within the canis-therapy, music-therapy and memory training. They participate in programs at least once a week and they are motivated to participate mainly by the pleasant experiences allowing them the meeting in pursuance of the programs. These programs could be considered as well as the most effective. On the basis of the interviews with the activity workers I found out that the groups of seniors during the meetings have on average fifteen members. The creating and leading of the above mentioned programs are completely in hands of the authorized workers, the clients themselves do not participate actively on the creating of the programs.
