Training and development of employees in selected organisation.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vzdělávání a rozvoje pracovníků ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem práce je nalezení odpovědi na hlavní výzkumnou otázku: Jaký názor mají pracovníci na to, jak organizace zabezpečuje jejich vzdělávání a rozvoj? Teoretická část práce věnuje pozornost konceptům vzdělávání a rozvoje pracovníků organizace v rámci řízení lidských zdrojů. Další kapitoly popisují metody, které jsou využívány v této oblasti. Jedna kapitola se v neposlední řadě zabývá rolí talent managementu v této problematice. V metodologické části je představena kvalitativní výzkumná strategie, výzkumný vzorek a proces jeho výběru. Empirická část interpretuje výsledky analýzy dat. V závěrečné diskuzi je zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka a jsou představena doporučení, která by mohla pomoci zkvalitnit proces vzdělávání a rozvoje vybrané organizace.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issue of training and development of employees in selected organisation. The aim of the thesis is to answer the main research question: What is the emploees´ opinion on current organisational activities with regard to their training and development? The theoretical part focuses on the concepts of training and development of employees within human resource management. The following chapters decsribe used methods. Last but not least one chapter deals with the position of talent management. In the methodological the qualitative research strategy, the research sample itself as well as the process of its choice are defined. The empirical part includes results of data analysis. In the conclusion of this there is an answer to the main research question and there are also presented recommendations for further activities which could improve the whole process of training and development in selected organisation.
