Authority of Socio-Legal Protection of Children as an Custody in the Family Law
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá úpravou institutu opatrovníka v rodinném právu se zaměřením na výkon této funkce orgánem sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Představuje jednotlivé případy, kdy orgán sociálně-právní ochrany dětí působí jako opatrovník. V závěru pojednává o vybraných zahraničních úpravách a úpravě de lege ferenda. Tyto srovnává se současnou tuzemskou úpravou.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on issue of guardianship and guardian in family law. It is especially concerned on the discharge of this office by the Authority of Socio-Legal Protection of Children. It presents concrete causes with this state power body acting as a guardian. Finally, it explores selected foreign legal regulations and compares them with current Czech legal regulation.
