Development strategy of company AIR TEAM, s.r.o.

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout strategii a vypracovat plán dalšího rozvoje společnosti AIR TEAM, s.r.o. se zaměřením na zařazení nového produktu do stávajícího produktového portfolia společnosti včetně vyhodnocení jeho efektivity a přínosu pro společnost. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány základní pojmy z oblasti strategického managementu se zaměřením na finanční analýzu, situační analýzu vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí a metody tvorby strategie a její implementace. V praktické části je popis společnosti AIR TEAM, s.r.o., popsána její současná finanční situace a záměry ve střednědobém finančním plánu. Na provedenou analýzu finanční náročnosti dokončení nového produktu a jeho zavedení do výroby a prodeje navazuje vymezení odpovídající strategie schopné pokrýt zařazení nového produktu do portfolia společnosti s ohledem na schopnost zajistit jeho výrobu ve stávajících prostorách a se stávajícími zaměstnanci. Závěr práce je věnován ekonomickému vyhodnocení navržené strategie.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to propose a strategy and develop a plan for the further development of AIR TEAM, s.r.o. with a focus on the inclusion of a new product, into the company's existing product portfolio, including an evaluation of its effectiveness and benefits for the company. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic concepts of strategic management with a focus on financial analysis, situational analysis of the external and internal environment and methods of strategy development and implementation. The practical part describes AIR TEAM, s.r.o., evaluates its current financial situation and its intentions in the medium-term financial plan. The analysis of the financial requirements for the completion of the new product and its introduction into production and sales is followed by the definition of an appropriate strategy capable of covering the inclusion of the new product in the company's portfolio, taking into account the ability to ensure its production in the existing premises and with the existing staff. The thesis concludes with an economic evaluation of the proposed strategy
