Bachelor thesis deals with determination of synthetic food dyes by liquid chromatography. Theoretical part is devoted to classification of food dyes, their characteristics and using of synthetic food dyes. Then principle and instrumentation of liquid chromatography with specialization on hydrophilic interactions including options of determination of dyes in variable foodstuffs or body fluids.
