Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení kvality péče v ambulancích z pohledu pacientů. Práce má teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části je popsána teorie týkající se kvality péče, způsobů hodnocení kvality a podstaty ambulantní péče. The thesis is focused on evaluating the quality of outpatient treatments by measuring patient satisfaction. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a research section. The theoretical section is a literature analysis of the quality of outpatient treatment, method of evaluation, and the fundamentals of outpatient treatment.
