Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá studiem luminiscenčně aktivních chalkogenidových skel Ga-Ge-As(Sb,Bi)-S: Er3+. Byly studovány strukturní, termické a spektroskopické vlastnosti dvou řad vzorků o chemickém složení Ge25Ga8As2S65: x Er3+, kde x = 0,01 až 1 at.%, a Ge25Ga8M2S65: 0,1 at.% Er3+, kde M = As, Sb nebo Bi. Abstract:
This master thesis deals with the luminescent active Ga-Ge-As(Sb,Bi)-S: Er3+ chalcogenide glasses. Structural, thermal and spectroscopic properties of Ge25Ga8As2S65: x Er3+, where x = 0.01?1 at.%, and Ge25Ga8M2S65: 0.1 at.% Er3+, where M = As, Sb nebo Bi were studied. Spectroscopic properties were also studied on the basis of Judd-Ofelt and McCumber theories.
