Bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční a nefinanční podporou českých rodin s dětmi do věku 3 let. Vymezuje veškeré pojmy související s dobou mateřské a rodičovské dovolené a přikládá názorné postupy výpočtů jednotlivých dávek i výpočtů nároků na tyto dávky. The bachelor thesis deals with financial and non-financial support of Czech families with children under the age of 3. It defines all terms related to the period of maternity and parental leave and attaches illustrative procedures for the calculation of individual benefits and the calculation of entitlements to these benefits.
