V bakalářské práci je popsáno několik nejpoužívanějších knihovních systémů vhodných pro využití ve školních knihovnách, dále základní požadavky na knihovní software, jeho parametry a cenu. Nejdůležitější částí práce je přehled všech středních škol v okrese Plzeň-město, informace o stavu jejich knihoven a porovnání mezi nimi doplněné o grafy a tabulku. In a Thesis are described few types of the most using library systems which are suitable for using in school libraries. The most important part of the work was an overview of all secondary schools in the district of Pilsen-City, information about the state of their libraries and comparison between them supplemented with graphs and table.
