Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rolí bilingvismu v pracovním prostředí. Skládá se z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část nejprve slouží k vymezení základních pojmů týkajících se bilingvismu. Ve zbylých kapitolách se teoretická část zabývá výhodami a výzvami bilingvismu v pracovním prostředí.
