Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vysokoprůtokovou ventilací pomocí AIRVO2. Cílem práce bylo prokázat přínos této ventilace pro pacienty v intenzivní péči. Toto téma je v dnešní době velice aktuální. Práce byla členěna na dvě části – teoretickou a empirickou. První část je teoretická a obsahuje 4 kapitoly. Teoretická část pojednává o ventilaci a možnostech ventilační podpory, vysokoprůtokové ventilaci a jejím principu, mechanismu, indikacích a kontraindikacích, výhodách a nevýhodách a technickém zajištění přístroje. Dále v teoretické části najdeme základní přehled o konkrétním přístroji, poskytujícím vysokoprůtokovou ventilaci, AIRVO2. V závěru teoretické části se věnujeme ošetřovatelské péči o pacienta při aplikaci vysokoprůtokové ventilace a dále potencionálním ošetřovatelským diagnózám. Empirická část interpretuje výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu. Data byla získávána kvantitativní metodou dotazníkového šetření jako retrospektivní studium zdravotnické dokumentace a zaznamenána pomocí nestandardizovaného záznamového archu u pacientů hospitalizovaných na jednotce intenzivní a resuscitační péče ve Fakultní nemocnici v Olomouci.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on high – flow nasal oxygen therapy with AIRVO2. The aim of this thesis was demonstrated benefits of this ventilation therapy for patients in intensive care. The topic is very actually nowadays. The thesis was divided into two parts – theoretical and empirical. The first part is theoretical includes 4 chapters. The theoretical part discusses ventilation and the possibilities of ventilation support, some information about high – flow ventilation and its mechanism and principle, indications and contraindications, advantages and disadvantages and some technical support of devices provides high– flow oxygentherapy, especially AIRVO2. At the end of the theoretical part we discuss the nursing care of the patient during using high– flow oxygentherapy. The empirical part analyses and interprets the results of quantitative research. The method of data collection was retrospective study of medical records of patients. The data were collecting by quantitative questionnaire survey method as a retrospective study of patient documentation and then recorded into non–standardized record sheet. The data were collecting in University Hospital Olomouc at the Department of Anaesthesiology, Resuscitation and Intensive Care Medicine.
