Abstract:

Cílem magisterské diplomové práce s názvem "Společenská odpovědnost firem v malých a středně velkých podnicích" bylo popsat současný stav společensky odpovědných aktivit malých a středně velkých podniků v určitém oboru podnikatelské činnosti. Autorka práce se zaměřila na analýzu subjektivního pojetí významu společenské odpovědnosti, analýzu pojetí společenské odpovědnosti v jednotlivých oblastech společenské odpovědnosti a analýzu společensky odpovědných aktivit realizovaných podniky v těchto oblastech, dále analýzu faktorů, které motivují podniky ke společensky odpovědnému chování a konečně analýzu bariér, které podnikům zabraňují, aby se chovaly více společensky odpovědně. V teoretické části práce byla nastíněna teoretická východiska, především koncept společenské odpovědnosti firem a jeho chápání z pohledu klasického hlediska a z hlediska sociálně ekonomického. Vzhledem k formulovanému výzkumnému problému byla zvolena kvalitativní výzkumná strategie, konkrétně technika polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, které přinesly odpověď na výzkumnou otázku. Z analýzy výsledků vyplynulo, že i když firmy vycházejí při své činnosti spíše z klasického hlediska, realizují mnoho aktivit, které lze považovat za společensky odpovědné v souladu se sociálně ekonomickým hlediskem.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis named "Corporate Social Responsibility in Small and Medium-Sized Companies was to describe the current state of corporate social responsible activities in small and medium-sized companies in a specific business branch. Author of this thesis was interested in analysis of subjective conception of meaning of corporate social responsibility, in analysis of conception of corporate social responsibility in particular areas of corporate social responsibility and in analysis of corporate social responsible activities which were realised by companies in these particular areas, then in analysis of factors which motivated these companies to corporate social responsible behavior and finally in analysis of barriers which obstructed companies in corporate social responsible behavior. In the theoretical part of this thesis were defined the theoretical bases first of all the concept of corporate social responsibility and its conception from the classical point of view and the social economic point of view. With the respect to the formulated research problem has been used the qualitative research strategy concretely the technics of semi-structural interviews which brought the answer on formulated main research question. The analysis of results showed that if companies in their conceptions of corporate social responsibility came out rather from the classical point of view of corporate social responsibility they realised many corporate social responsible activities according to the social economic point of view.
