Práce v teoretické rovině pojednává o historii révy vinné. Dále se práce zaměřuje na historii Velkých Pavlovic, vzniku Šlechtitelské stanice. In theory the thesis discusses the history of a grapewine. As next it focuses on the history of Velké Pavlovice, formation of local wine-breeding company and its growing and oenological characteristics, quality and utilization of André breed.
