Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o způsobu vzdělávání zaměstnanců. V teoretické části je popsán lidský kapitál a lidské zdroje, rozebrán postup při systematickém vzdělávání a zmíněny nejběžnější používané metody. V rámci praktické části je popsán postup vzdělávání u konkrétní firmy Delphi Packard Electric. Pro ověření teorie bylo vypracováno dotazníkové šetření mezi zaměstnanci. Závěrem je zmíněna i …more

This thesis deal with education of employees. In theoretic part is described human capital and human resources, systematic education and the most common used method. In practical part is described process of education in the company called Delphi Packard Electric. To check theory was used questionnaire among staff.
