Cooperation evaluation between a teacher's assistant and primary school teacher

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem "Hodnocení spolupráce mezi asistentem pedagoga a učitelem na základní škole" se zabývá problematikou asistenta pedagoga na základní škole. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku a definování pojmů integrace, inkluze, žák se speciálně vzdělávacími potřebami včetně jeho podpůrných opatření a především se zabývá profesí asistenta pedagoga. Definuje osobnost asistenta pedagoga a jeho charakteristiku, vymezuje jeho náplň práce a zaobírá se komunikací a spoluprací nejen s učiteli, ale i s ostatními pedagogickými pracovníky, s žákem se speciálně vzdělávacími potřebami a jeho rodinou. Empirická část je tvořena šetřením a jeho výsledky, analyzuje vzájemnou spolupráci mezi asistentem pedagoga a učitelem na základní škole. Sleduje, jak spolu vzájemně komunikují, kolik času tráví komunikací ohledně příprav na výuku, vytíženost asistenta pedagoga přípravou pomůcek na výuku, a mapuje celkovou spokojenost a spolupráci s učiteli. Z výsledků šetření vyplývá, že vzájemná spolupráce mezi nimi funguje a hodnotí ji kladně. Cítí se být pro učitele užiteční a vzájemně si rozumí.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis entitled "Cooperation evaluation between a teacher's assistant and primary school teacher" deals with the topic of a teaching assistant at a primary school. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics and definition of terms such as integration, inclusion, pupils with special educational needs including their supporting measures, and mainly deals with the profession of a teaching assistant. It determines the personality of the teaching assistant and his characteristics, defines his content of work and deals with communication and cooperation not only with teachers but also with other pedagogical staff, with a pupil with special educational needs and his family. The empirical part consists of the survey and its results, analyses the cooperation between the teaching assistant and the primary school teacher. It monitors how they communicate with each other, how much time they spend communicating about preparation for teaching, the teaching assistant's workload by preparing teaching aids, and maps the overall satisfaction and cooperation with teachers. The results of the survey show that cooperation between them works and evaluates it positively. They feel useful for teachers and understand each other.
