Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na kvalitu profesního života učitelů mateřských škol. V teoretické části bylo mou snahou vystihnout učitele a jeho profesi v oblastech kompetencí a spokojenosti v profesi. Praktická část se věnuje výzkumu faktorů, z oblasti intrinsické a extrinsické, na které se vztahují dílčí složky pracovní spokojenosti učitelů mateřských škol.
Abstract:
This bachelor work is focused on the quality of professional life of nursery school teachers. In theoretical part I tried to express the position of a teacher and his/her profession in the spheres of competences and satisfaction at work.
