Abstract:
Práce se zabývá situacemi, ve kterých může nastat spor o mateřství. Zejména je zaměřena na porody s utajením totožnosti, dále na postavení vyměněných a nalezených dětí, včetně institutu tzv. babyboxů, věnuje se také surogačnímu mateřství a porodům mimo zdravotnické zařízení. Abstract:
The thesis occupies by situations of contentious motherhood. Above all it concerns secret chilbirths, then changed and found children as well as the problems of baby hatches. The surrogacy and home childbirths make also objectives of the thesis. The history and legal regulations of each institute are resumed.
