Commodity vertical potatoes

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komoditní vertikálou brambor. V první části jsou vysvětleny pojmy, které souvisí s daným tématem. Jedná se o principy agrobyznysu, fungování agrárního trhu a o obecný popis komoditní potravinové vertikály se zaměřením na komoditu brambor. V bakalářské práci je i zahrnuta historie brambor, jejich agrotechnika a hlavní škodliví činitelé. Ve druhé části je analyzován trh brambor v České republice, Evropské unii, ale i světový trh s touto komoditou. Analýzy jsou zpracovány ze statistických dat.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with commodity vertical of potatoes. In the first part, there are explained concepts that are related to the theme of the bachelor thesis. These are the principles of agribusiness, functioning of the agricultural market and general description of the food commodity vertical with concentration on commodity of potatoes. In the bachelor thesis, there is also included history of potatoes, their agrotechnics and main harmful factors. In the second part, there is analysed market of potatoes in the Czech Republic, in the European Union and also world market with this commodity. Analyses are made of statistical data.
